We provide 24/7 residential support for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities under the CES Waiver. Our services include daily living assistance, medication reminders, transportation to appointments, vocational and social skill development, and more.

Who qualifies for your services?

Our services are designed for individuals enrolled in the Arkansas CES (Community and Employment Support) Waiver program who have intellectual or developmental disabilities and require support in a community-based setting.

How do I refer someone to Artra Care?

Referrals can be made by care coordinators, case managers, family members, or guardians. Simply fill out our referral form on the website or email us directly. We’ll follow up quickly to begin the intake process.

What kind of training does your staff have?

All staff undergo extensive training in developmental disabilities, behavioral support, emergency procedures, medication safety, and client rights. We ensure our team meets all state and Medicaid training requirements.

Can family members stay involved in the client’s care?

Absolutely. We encourage ongoing family involvement and communication. Families are welcome to participate in care planning and regular updates on progress.

What makes Artra Care different from other providers?

How quickly can a client be placed in your home?

We strive for a smooth and timely intake process. Once the referral is submitted and required documentation is received, clients can typically be placed within 1–2 weeks, depending on availability.

Do clients pay for their housing and care?

Most services are fully covered by the CES Waiver. A portion of the client’s SSI/SSDI income may go toward room and board, typically around $604/month, as outlined by Medicaid guidelines.

Do you offer transportation to appointments or activities?

Yes. Transportation to doctor’s appointments, therapy sessions, work programs, and community outings is included as part of our support services.
